After 12 years of performing billing related tasks for 3 manufacturing companies in Fitchburg, MA; Diana came to realization that she needed to make a career change both for her family as well as for herself.

In the Fall of 2002 she began her journey within the home health industry. Diana started working as a PCA in which she cared for a quadriplegic woman and her children in their home. In this capacity she was trained to use many assistive devices, and learned proper techniques and body mechanics to be able to assist her client with many valuable daily tasks, including her personal care and activities of daily living. Diana said that one of her main goals was to assist her client to live life as comfortably and as normally as possible. Diana states that the most rewarding parts of her job were “seeing the smile on her face when I walked in the door truly made me feel good” as well as “being able to be there and care for her children was so rewarding as my client was unable to, do to her limitations”.

In February of 2005, Diana began her career with Always On Call Health Services®, Inc. by taking on the position of the Administrative Assistant. In her current role, she performs administrative duties, payroll, and billing services for the company. Outside of work, Diana enjoys playing darts, being with friends and family as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren.
